I would like to start this update off by sharing news on the progress the Hoffmann Rezidence Venture is making as I know many of you are interested. Our real estate development team reports that they are working on visual materials with insights from the construction process that will be shared with you as soon as we get our hands on them. The remaining works are divided into the completion of the demo apartment and uncovering the finished façade, followed by completion of all construction works and partial sale of apartments. There will still be several more financing rounds on the TWINO platform for this Venture, and with the risk of the project decreasing, our Latvian loan originator will recalculate the interest rates of the upcoming loans, which means that the return offered to you will also be adjusted accordingly. By the way, the latest financing phase is available for investments right now – a 12-month loan with 9% interest p.a.
