🎉Option to sell your Rentals is here 🎉 We have developed and launched a solution specifically designed to sell or buy real estate securities on our platform. Whether you’re looking to sell a portion or the entirety of your investment in Rentals, our platform will accommodate your needs. Here’s how this new feature works:

Placing a Sell order:

  1. Head to “My investments” section on your dashboard.
  2. Choose “Individual investments” and then “Real estate securities”.
  3. Here you’ll find your purchased real estate securities. Next to each share, locate the “Place sell order” button to initiate a Sell order.
  4. Specify the quantity of securities you wish to sell and the selling price per share.

Please note the following limitations are in place for the Sell orders:

  • The quantity of the securities of the Sell order cannot exceed the quantity of the securities owned.
  • You cannot have more than 10 active Sell orders within one security batch.

Placing a Buy order:

  1. Navigate to the “Invest” section on your dashboard.
  2. Select “Manual investment” and then “Real estate securities”.
  3. Click on the “Issued securities” section to browse through all listings and create a “Place buy order”.
  4. Specify the quantity of securities you want to buy and the purchase price per share.

Please note the following limitations are in place for the Buy orders:

  • The quantity of the securities of the Buy orders cannot exceed the initial quantity of the respective security batch.
  • You cannot have more than 10 active Buy orders for one security batch.
  • It’s possible to create an order for an amount even if you don’t have sufficient funds available in your account, however, in case your account will not have sufficient funds available at the time of the deal, the Buy order will be not executed.

You can see all your Sell or Buy orders for the Rentals and their statuses under the “Orders” within the “Manual investment” section.

Execution of a transaction:

  1. Our system performs a daily matching process of the Buy and Sell orders.
  2. If a match is found, the information is transferred to the involved parties.
  3. The voting shareholder then either approves the deal or uses its pre-emptive rights to buy the shares himself.
  4. Upon approval, the matched orders are executed, and the orders are marked as completed.

Before creating any order to buy or sell we highly recommend familiarizing yourself with the updated Client order execution policy available here.
