We’re writing to share the latest update and performance highlights from September. Here’s a quick overview of what’s been going on:
Performance
Product updates
Security improvements. In our ongoing efforts to enhance security and protect your account, we have made Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) a mandatory step and are currently working on implementing a more secure process for updating your account details.
What does this practically mean for you?
- Upon logging into your TWINO account, you’ll be required to enable 2FA if it’s not already set up. An alert with instructions will appear until you complete it.
- Additionally, changes to your TWINO account details will soon require 2FA. We plan to implement this additional requirement by the end of October and will notify you once the security measures are in place.
TWINO facelift is underway. We are currently working on our website design and user experience updates to bring you a more modern, intuitive, and user-friendly platform. The new website is expected to launch at the beginning of 2025. Stay tuned for a smoother, more seamless experience!
