We’re here to share the latest updates and performance statistics for June.
Performance
Community
Last month we had the pleasure of hosting Denny Neidhardt to TWINO. It was a great opportunity to discuss our operations and strategic priorities, and the steps we’re taking to enhance our platform. We had an insightful conversation, providing us with valuable feedback and perspective from an experienced industry observer and investor. To wrap it up, we had some fun with a foosball match.
We’re proud to be featured in Denny’s recent P2P (peer-to-peer) community voting as one of the TOP 10 investment platforms in 2023 according to re:think P2P community. Learn more about the voting and results here.

Product updates
KYC (Know Your Customer) questionnaire update. You might notice that some of you have received a notification on your account to update your KYC information. This is a recent update on the platform functionality. Part of our obligations as a financial institution is to regularly update the KYC information about our clients. The process is similar to one you probably have experienced in other financial institutions. You need to review the information you have provided to us in the past, and, if any changes are required, update it accordingly.
Please note that the questionnaire needs to be updated in due time, otherwise, we will be required to limit your options to invest.
Two-factor authentication. To increase the security of your account, we kindly remind you to activate two-factor authentication (2FA) on your TWINO account. 2FA provides an extra layer of protection, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and fraudulent activities. To enable 2FA, go to the “My profile” section and the “Two-factor authentication” option. You will be asked to install a Google Authenticator app that will generate a one-time password (6-digit verification code) to get started.
