Anastasija Oļeiņika, who has successfully managed TWINO Group companies since 2019, is taking over TWINO Investments operational management from Roberts Lasovskis, who led the TWINO investment platform for the past 5 years.
Roberts Lasovskis will remain with the company as a member of Advisory board to offer his expertise and strategic advise.
The leadership transition is part of company’s long-term strategy and comes about 8 months after TWINO Investments obtained an investment brokerage firm (IBF) license from the Latvian Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) to expand its investment brokerage operations in the European Economic Area. The license brings multiple benefits for investors with increased transparency and investor protection being key priorities. Anastasija’s unique and in-depth expertise gained while leading TWINO Group companies’ strategic agenda will be crucial to driving TWINO Investments brokerage’s services long-term strategy and transition to a new operational model.
Anastasija Oļeiņika, who has worked in several leadership roles at TWINO for the past 5 years, most recently as Chief Executive Officer, will officially take over as CEO of TWINO Investments at the end of May.
She has an extensive experience in industry and financial management, including M&A advisory at SEB Enskilda and later Superia Corporate Finance.
“Anastasija has played an important role in the success of TWINO. She was an integral in obtaining an investment brokerage firm license in 2021, and when we started to work on the licensing it was initially envisaged that Anastasija would be the successor of the company’s CEO, therefore, she’s been actively involved in investment platform’s operational activities and decisions long enough to take over the management of the company completely,” explains Roberts Lasovskis.
“I’m excited about the opportunity and am looking forward to working with our talented team to expand our product offering, and deliver experience, and opportunities that enable our investors to reach their financial goals in new and simple ways,” says Anastasija Oļeiņika.
